One-to-one art lessons
Lessons shaped entirely around you: a gentle start if you're a complete beginner, focused help preparing a portfolio, or dedicated studio time on a personal project. Sessions are booked in one-hour blocks with time between bookings so nothing feels rushed.

Suitable for beginners, portfolios and personal projects
Complete beginners
Start from the very beginning at your own pace, with no group to keep up with.
Portfolio preparation
Guidance for GCSE, A-level, foundation or art school applications.
Personal projects
Bring your own work and get honest, practical help moving it forward.
What we can work on
Drawing
Observation, mark-making, tone and confidence with a pencil.
Illustration
Character, narrative, and developing a personal visual language.
Printmaking
Lino, mono and drypoint — process-led making with real tools.
Creative development
Building a body of work, sketchbook practice and finding direction.
Flexible Booking
Lessons are booked individually, so you can arrange sessions to suit your schedule. For every hour booked there is a 5-to-10 minute break, so both student and teacher can rest and reset. Lessons must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Choose a week to see the available appointment times.
Your lessons
Pick consecutive half-hour slots — one hour minimum per lesson. You can choose slots in more than one week before booking.
How it works
- Choose an available appointment time from the booking calendar, at least 48 hours ahead.
- Lessons are available from 1 hour, with longer sessions available to book.
- Every hour booked includes a 5-to-10 minute break, giving both student and teacher a chance to pause.
- Tell me what you would like to focus on when booking, so the session can be prepared around your interests and goals.
- You'll receive a confirmation email, followed by a reminder with directions to the studio.
